Terms of service

Ghost Photoshoot AI creates a short Halloween-trend-style video from one photo you supply. You must have consent and rights to process and publish every face or pet; prohibited impersonation, celebrities, public figures and unlawful content are not permitted. People in photos must be at least 18. Standard generation costs 24 credits at 480p or 48 at 720p. Packs are one-time: $9.90 for 25 credits, $19.90 for 50 credits and $39.90 for 125 credits. Confirmed failed tasks return their reservation. Purchased credits do not expire. Generated clips include shutter-click SFX only — they do not include Oh Klahoma or other copyrighted songs; add music yourself when posting. This site is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with CapCut, Jack Stauber, Kavel, RapVideoAI, or any related IP holders. Contact support@ghostphotoshootai.com for refund requests.
